For best flavor and most nutritional value we recommend you use hot water that has not reached the boiling point. (Water that is too hot can destroy the nutrient content of the delicate plants). Steep for 4-5 minutes, strain, cool, and enjoy.
For cold tea, steep up to 10 minutes. Add ice and cold water to enjoy immediately. Cold tea can be stored in the refrigerator but will greatly lose potency over time.
