For best flavor and most nutritional value, use 1-1.5 tsp of tea per 8oz/200ml of water. Heat water to 205°F/95C (water at boling point 212°F/100°C can destroy the nutrient content of the tea) and steep for 4-5 minutes.
For cold tea, let steep in the refrigerator until flavors infuse, at least 12 hours or overnight. Cold tea can be stored in the refrigerator but will greatly lose potency over time.
